Delivery, Refunds & Privacy

VAT - all prices quoted on the website are inclusive of 15% VAT.
International Shipping - we regularly send products to Europe, the United States and further afield. Please e-mail your enquiry advising us of the products and quantities required, and we will return a quotation the next working day.
Postage & Packing - most items are kept in stock and despatched by courier and usually arrive within two to three days. All courier deliveries should be signed for as "Unchecked". If you notice any damage we need to be notified within 24 hours in order to process any claim. Any requests for re-imbursement after this time cannot be entertained due to our couriers claims policy. Deliveries to domestic residences may be via Special or Recorded Delivery. In any event we will require a signature to confirm goods have been delivered.
Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next day, unless otherwise requested.
A receipt signature is required, so any preferred delivery date / address should be advised.
Mainland UK - for orders of £50 or over, delivery is free on weekdays. For orders up to £50, delivery is £6.00 to mainland UK addresses.
Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands Retail orders to domestic residences will be via Royal Mail at the standard charges listed above.
Refunds & Returns - standard products may be returned for refund or exchange, as long as they are returned within 14 days. However, this will be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling charge if no other products are bought to the value of the original order.
Returned goods must be undamaged and carriage is the responsibility of the customer - sorry, but we are unable to arrange collections.
Ordering products constitutes a legally binding contract, subject to UK law. We will not operate in any way which affects your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy - we will not divulge customer personal details unless required by law to do so. We do not sell contact details to third parties and we do not engage in junk mail, email or telephone marketing campaigns. Any and all information given to us is treated as confidential.
