Taking Soft Furnishings to a New Dimension

November 2010 - New Website Launched

Eighteen months after the initial launch of BrightenUpMyRoom.co.uk we have refreshed the design and added many more features to make the site more user friendly. Due to popular demand, clients are now able to manange their accounts and keep track of their orders. We've also revised our pricing structure and added many more exciting products!

The site was originally created to complement our succesful online architectural mouldings store HM-Online. The brief was simple. We sought to add the same levels of innovative styling that our Belgian coving manufacturers offer, but within the giftware / textile market sector.

At first glance the products may appear to have little crossover, but in reality this is not the case. As we watch our steady stream of online orders it has become apparent that over 50% of our custom is derived from ladies. When setting up a building products online store we had never anticipated such a take up from women. So we are taking the step of adding decorative textile designs at affordable prices, and hope to offer a wider range than High Street stores, with the added bonus that most items will be available on a next day delivery.
