What type of material is used to manufacture your products? In the majority of cases the products are 100% Polyester. In addition we offer some cotton products where appropriate.

Why do you offer man made fibres? Our Polyester cloths and giftware items have been created to give the best possible appearance at an affordable price. Similar items from natural materials are typically far more expensive, and offer no tangible advantages in most applications. Our towels are 100% cotton to provide suitable comfort, and drying properties.

How do I use to wash your products? Each item has washing instructions included on the label. We recommend washing Polyester products at 40 degrees centigrade, and remember to wash dark colours separately. Some smaller delicate items need to be hand washed. Our 100% cotton towels may be machine washed at 60 degrees centigrade, but for best results do not add a brightener to your normal washing powder or liquid. Please read the label before washing any item.

What are the benefits of choosing from House Martin as opposed to High Street shops? As we do not have the high overheads of a high street shop we are able to offer extensive stocks, without the high rates and shop floor wages usually associated with these products. Typically gift shops will only be placing an order on items when they see a sales rep or run out of several items. We aim to supply 95% of the items on this site from stock, usually within 2 working days.
